What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients contacts us. We review their current status and develop a scope of services with quoted rates.
For Tax Prep: Very Simple. All digital delivery! No Travel.
1. Client forwards all tax support (Fax, Email or Mail)
2. We review and quote fees.
3. Client approves work to be done.
4. We prepare returns and review with client.
5. Client authorizes via DocuSign (e-sig) and pays our fee.
6. We e-file returns and deliver client copies via email.
