What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a 30 minute phone call to see if we are a fit for the client. If so we move forward with a plan created specifically for the clients. They get assigned to a specific accountant and we begin their work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We all have a minimum of 10 years - up to 25 years of experience. We are all QuickBooks ProAdvisors. Many are CPA's.

We offer a flat rate monthly fee. We also offer QuickBooks training by the hour.
