Whether your goal is to alleviate symptoms, recover, or simply relax, I am here to help!  My space is part of a total wellness collaborative offering counseling, yoga, massage, energy work and many other special events that are good for the body, mind, and soul.

If you're feeling intimidated by the thought of incorporating "regular" massage into your routine, STOP!  Regular doesn't have to mean once a month.  Even if you only come in once or twice a year, that is still regular.  We can work together to find what is right for your needs/lifestyle and to get the best body work session for you each and every time you come in.

I like helping people get the most out of their bodies.  Living comfortably physically and also being comfortable with your emotional self can both be elevated with massage and I am truly honored to be a part of that process.

Raime is professional, well educated and overall great massage therapist. I can’t believe how much better I feel after one visit.

FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to get a clear view of what the client is looking to gain from their massage session before we begin.  The very first visit there is a quick intake form to fill out, very general information concerning injuries, medications, allergies, etc.

After completing the intake form, we move into the massage room where we discuss pressure, techniques to be used, directions for getting on the massage table.  I leave the room to allow the client to comfortably get prepared for the session.

Good communication between client and therapist is a must!  I let the client lead as far as if they want to talk during the session or if they want to just "zone out" but I always express prior to treatment the client's right to request changes to pressure, temperature, and technique at anytime.
