I have been an accountant since 2007. I have worked in various industries before settling in public accounting in 2012.
I bacame a license CPA in 2015 and went in for a masters in taxation so as to better serve my clients. As a result of the complex nature of taxation, i had to further my knowlege in the field of taxation.
i also represent clients before the IRS. I help clients to give them a soft landing with any issue the have with the irs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
i typically listen to their problem first. I will then give them a signed privacy policy . this gives them the assurance that thier information is secured.
If we agree on certain terms, i will give them an engagement letter to sign before i proceed. that way the engagement letter clarifies any miss understanding between us.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a masters degree in taxation and I am a license CPA.
