What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
prepare interview check list: recently filed tax return,filing status, types of income, dependents, tax documentations which includes w2s, 1099, supporint documents for expenses, ira withdrawals, mortgage and property taxes, etc to substantiate income and deductable expenses.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
CPA in home country, IRS Enrolled Agent, Admitted to practice before IRS, bookkeeping manual and use of quickbooks, 30 hours of annual continuing education.
