What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to see the last filed tax return. We painstakingly prepare the first return with the expectation that this will set the tone for all future engagements. We aim to please.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm an Enrolled Agent, licensed to practice before the IRS. That means I passed a battery of exams establishing my morality, suitability and competency to represent individuals, partnerships, corporations and LLC's before the Treasury Department and by extension, the IRS.

Our rates vary depending on what needs to be done, but we try to keep them competitive.
How did you get started in this business?
I started my business in 1992 after my son was born. I wanted him to be proud of his dad.
What types of customers have you worked with?
My focus is individuals and small businesses. I do a lot of tax resolution/controversy work as well. I'm also a Certified Advanced Crypto Tax Expert.
