What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Onboarding a new client typically involves a kick-off meeting to understand business requirements, scope of work, and technical details. Further, it may require our designer or copywriter to be present to get the information they need to start the project. For new clients, a deposit is usually required and a signed statement-of-work.
