About

I customize every session to fit the needs of every client.

Once the intake form is complete I review and ask questions for further information and clarification of what the client's needs are.

I explain what the treatment will intail and walk them through the process of getting ready to receive the massage.

I incorporate cupping, stretching and essential oils into my massages to help enhance the overall quality and experience.

I have found that my techniques, skills and training allow me to get amazing results for my clients when others can't.

I love helping people with what ever issues they have. I take pride and joy in the work I provide my clients and enjoy hearing how they can finally move more freely or have less pain.

    I found that I had a gift of healing in High School and that I was good at massage. So friends and family incouraged me to seek training to further my skills. I went to massage therapy school right after high school. My instructors were able to see my skills and gifts and invited me on an upper class field trip to do chair massage at a corporate event. I graduated with my Associates of Science with a focus in Therapeutic Massage and Body Work.

    I have worked with many different types of clients from;

    Young to Old

    Elite Athletes to Beginners

    Relaxation to Therapeutic

    Many different body ailments you name it I've worked on it.

    I would advise them to do their research into finding the best person who can help them with their problems. Many people are good at many different areas of the body and specialize in different body parts. So finding the right fit for you is key.

    Also it takes time to heal so you will need more than just one treatment.

    What are your goals and how soon are you looking to achieve them?

    How much am I willing to pay for results?

    How far am I willing to travel 1-3 times per week to get treatments?

    Do they accept insurance or FSA?
