At YOUR Journey Center, Inc we work with adults through the lifespan. With parental consent we work with teens. People seek our services when they are struggling in life and want to explore better ways to manage stress and live a happier, more fulfilling life.
We also work with school districts, social service agencies, and organizations offering consultations and training around topics such as work life balance, wellness, and optimal performance.

Therapist - client fit is extremely important. In order to maximize services and gain positive outcomes, both parties should be comfortable working together.
