The accounting firm of George Jay Kite, Ltd was established in June 2006. I (George Kite) have been in public accounting for over 30 years.
Over the years we work with clients based on their speciific needs and custom-design our services to meet those needs.
We have worked with small and medium sized business including start-ups, with for-profit and not-for-profit companies.
We provide a full range of services from bookkeeping, accounting, payroll and all taxes customized to the client's specific needs.
We offer an initial meeting, in person, at the client's office, our office or by phone without charge or obligation.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with prospective clients to discuss and understand their business, what their needs are and discuss how can help them fulfill those needs.
Once an understanding with the new client has been achieved, we prepare an Engagement Letter, which details the responsibilies or each party, describes the work to be done and its frequency and the cost for these services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I (George Kite) am a certified public accountant and have worked in public accounting for over 30 years. I have served as a controller for several local companies.
Our staff includes a certified public accountant, a payroll specialist and office manager. These three people also do bookkeeping, accounting and tax work.
