What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Gain trust of the clients so they can comfortably share their concerns. They are are more interested in how much you care rather how much you know.
2. Understand their goals and objectives and the time frames and the resources they have
3. Help them understand the impact of taxation, inflation and the risks with the investment alternatives. Help them undertsnad that it is not what they make but how much they keep.
4. Help them implement their plan and review on a preset previously agrred upon times. Help them make the the adjustments as needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have Masters mdegree in Mechancal Engineering and worked with major corporations in engineering , sales and sales management positions.
2. I have a CFP (Certified Financial Planner) designation and adhere to the principles of ethical conduct and lead with the "best interest of my clients" in my recommendations.
3. I update my skills and knowledge thru continuing education, not only for my CFP credentials but also by keeping abreast of current changes in the regulations as they apply to financial services industry.
4. I have been in financial services industry for over 25 years

The client can choose to pay a flat fee for a financial plan or he/she may choose an advisory account where annual advisor fees are calculated as a percentage of assets under management.
