We provide services from bookkeeper to CFO. In that regard, our rates reflect the level of the person doing the work.
We are happy to give you references and you will find our clients are extremely happy with our services.
Although we have significant experience in both large and small businesses, we enjoy assisting small business clients succeed.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will meet with you in person or virtually to gain a better understanding of your needs. We will assess your needs and then provide you a proposal.
Once we agree on the work to be completed and rate, we will send you an engagement letter.
At that point we will be ready to commence services. If a transition is needed with a prior service provider or internal staff, we will arrange for the transition. Typically we pick up on a situation quickly and there is not significant transition time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our consultants have accounting degrees and many have CPAs and/or MBAs.
Ou consultants have a significant amount of experience, both in accounting and understanding business and the needs of small business.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We typically charge by the hour as that is typically the fairest for the client and KSMB.
We are, however, open to other fee models.
How did you get started in this business?
After working with a number of large and small businesses in my career, the last several years as a CFO, I realized that small businesses needed the same accounting and finance expertise as large organizations, but did not need them in a full-time basis.
We provide our services on an needed basis.

We recently were able to successfully apply for Payroll Protection or Emergency COVID-19 loans for all of our clients. This funding will not provide them the capital to survive the lock down period.
In addition, we made donations to many of our struggling non-profit and profit organizations
