Therapy By Group provides online individual and group therapy. We believe everyone deserves access.
As a therapist, my main goal is to help you create space in your life to process and move forward to become your best self. I'm a licensed trauma specalist, so most of my framework comes from a trauma approach.
I am a Licensed Clincial Social Worker, and co-founder of Therapy By Group. I have been practicing psychotherapy since 2014. I specalize in crisis intervention and symptoms of depression. I've also worked extensively with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Mainly, I believe in the power of each individual. My job is to listen, hightlight your strengths, and guide you to your best self.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a potential client reaches out, I will schedule a free 30-minute consultation to see if we are a good fit. If so, we will schedule a time for a intake session... then go from there!

It varies! Hourly rates start at $120, and can be as low as $50.00 per hour depending on the situation.
