What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers will be contacted to set up a file by our admin assistant Marissa Barze. Marissa will send you an intake form to ask questions that will help us to learn more about your situation and your needs. Your initial intake will include a list of documents that we will need to move forward, as well as an engagement letter outlining our duties as your accountant, and your responsibilities as our client. She will create a sharefile for you to upload any applicable documents. After this is completed, you will be contacted by our owner to answer any questions or concerns before we move forward.
We update you every step of the way.
Finally, once we have completed your deliverables, we will review your project with you and answer any final questions before closing your file.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently in the Master of Taxation program at Depaul University.
