What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All customers are granted an initial free 30 minute - 1 hour assessment, in which we get to know the clients stated and unstated needs. In other words, we want to hear all of your concerns and ask questions to perform root cause analysis and address the unknown business needs. In addition, an IFS representative will answer your questions regarding our services. Together, we will determine if IFS is a good fit for your needs, develop an initial strategy, and to conquer your business and financial needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The Principal Partner of IFS posesses more than 20 years of experience and an undergraduate degree in Budget Analysis from DePaul University and Masters in Business Adminstration in Accounting from Keller. In addition, we utilize formal training in problem solving strategies and audit processes to develop business/ financial plans.
