About
I strive to maintain a skilled, humorous, and supportive atmosphere. Everyone is due the right to process out stress and receive guidance from an unbiased expert. I guide clients using a kind, compassionate, strengths-based, an open perspectie. From services, you can receive clarity, relief, strengthening, and improved functioning. Seems worth a try!
I love connecting with others to help them find relief and improve happiness. Life should be not done alone. Yet so many of us feel that way. Everyone needs support, so I am here to give you that. I'm here to connect in positive ways with others, so this profession is the ultimate way to do that. My life purpose is to receive and give positive support with others, including animals! You may see Obi Wan (therapy dog) pop in and out of the camera, at times. Sometimes Pancho, the kitty, makes appearances too.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a client reaches out, we obtain basic information from them including name, phone number, address, and if they use insurance, their insurance information. If the client is comfortable, at that time they can also let us know the reason for seeking therapy. If not comfortable, the client can wait until the first appointment. We check benefits and provide a cost estimate, then let the client know. If the client chooses to proceed, we email the new client documents for them to complete (fully online or on paper...whatever is easier) and set an appointment. We find ourselves actually texting and emailing with clients most during the appointment setting process, as most people find this easier than playing phone tag. However, we always return calls quickly for those who prefer phone.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
If using insurance, the price per appointment depends on the policy of each client. Every policy differs. Ask for the self-pay rate if you want to avoid insurance. We encourage clients to try using insurance so the costs can remain as low as possible.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure the therapist you use is a member of professional associations and that the person has very extensive training beyond just a masters degree and license.
