About
Individual care and attention is given to each person who walks through the door. I have been told I use the right mix of humor, getting to the point, and sincere compassion to help people feel comfortable quickly. Also, if desired, I will utilize art-based interventions if requested.
I have advanced training in couples therapy and aim to help couples resolve the underlying issues that come up time and time again, and rebuild that sense of intimacy and connection. Also, if you are struggling with changes in your mood and you are not sure how to manage the fluctuations, we can walk through that step by step. In addition, I enjoy helping people navigate the recovery process with substance or process addictions.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients will call us at (815) 345-3400 ext. 1 and we will walk you through the process. Because we are a group practice, we will ask you a few questions just to make sure I am the best fit for you in regards to your needs, insurance, and whether the day/times you need are ones that I have available.
