I founded my business 18 years ago after working for some of the nations fortune 50 companies. My goal is to take the latest technology and business applications and make them affordable for all small to medium businesses... whether that be a mom and pop five employee shop or a 1000 employee billion dollar organization.

My grandfather held the patent for analog cellular technology, my mother's company made the world's first cellular telephone call, at Grant Park Chicago, and I was there to witness all of this happening when I was younger. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I visit the client and listen to what their business does and what their current pain points are with their IT infrastructure. Ask them if they are happy with their current IT provider and if there was anything that they would change about that company, what would it be then I ask questions pertaining to the different types of services that we offer to determine which of our offerings would be the best fit for that organization. We have full transparency with everything that we do, and our client portal lets them see every ticket, every invoice, and all of the documentation pertaining to their account.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an undergrad and masters degree from Northwestern University and an MBA from Kellogg. I currently hold 46 active IT certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, SonicWALL, and F5 just to name a few.

We offer our services and three types: hourly, block time, or flat rate pricing tiers. We have pricing for any type of business that is affordable and full of options.
How did you get started in this business?
Both of my parents own small businesses. While I was working for AT&T, both of my parents mentioned how nice it was that I had the opportunity to work with some of the most leading technology available today and that it was some thing that they would never be able to afford. that is when I thought it would be a great idea to pull together a larger number of small to medium businesses and to purchase licenses in bulk and pass those discounts onto these businesses at a price that would not cripple their budgets. It was at this point that PCDataNet was born.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with AT&T, IBM, doctors, offices, attorneys, financial institutions, and almost everything else in between.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Find out what they're active certifications are in the IT field. Ask them when they obtained those certifications and what methods do they use to continue their field of study
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Identify what your final goal looks like in your mind. Then go back and list all of your pain points that you're currently experiencing and how you would like them to be resolved. List your priorities and have an accurate timeline.
