What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask a lot of questions. We want to know as much about your company as we can, so that we can do an inventory of what you need and don't need. From there we help you line up the next steps based on these questions and we get a contract in place with the information gathered.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in visual communications from Buffalo State College and I have been running my own design company for >15 years. I've worked with a wide range of companies to help them build and grow their businesses with the best design practices.
