I am a CPA with over 10 years experience helping individuals and small corporations plan and file their taxes.
I help each individual or entity giving advice on things to help reduce their taxes, if possible, and also do mid-year reviews on the current year to see if there are any changes that may help with the current year's taxes
I enjoy helping people reduce the anxiety and time that comes doing their taxes so they can rest worry free that the taxes are done correctly and timely.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work with the client in a way that they feel comfortable. I will come to you or you can come to me. If your are comfortable talking over the phone and uploading the docs to a secure website we have that capability too. Typically I will ask for the last two year's tax returns, your current info and any relevant information related to your taxes. I try to get taxes done within 7-10 days provided all information and questions are answered in a timely manner.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Illinois.
The last 10 years I have been giving tax advice and helping prepare returns for individuals and small corporations.
Prior to being on my own I worked for two years at a local CPA firm and prior to that I was a Finance Manager for a local title insurance company in charge of preparing budgets and fiancials.

I have a fixed price depending on the complexity of the return. Once I speak with you to find out your information I will let you know how much it will be. There are no hourly fees.
How did you get started in this business?
My dad was an accoutant and did people's taxes so I always was interested in it. I started working in finance and then decided to get my CPA. I enjoyed helping prepare their taxes and so I started my own firm doing it.
