How did you get started in this business?
After working in public service for over 15 years, government bureaucracy made our founder feel helpless. She decided that she wanted and needed to serve the public in a way that was driven by their needs. Since attention to detail and helping the public are her passions, she knew that working as a Mobile Notary would be the perfect fit.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with the clients of law firms and title companies. We have also worked with private citizens.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
As cheesy as it sounds, we really enjoy every appointment. We have had the very good fortune of being able to meet some great people and attribute that to the communication before an appointment. We try our best to understand expectations in advance and deliver. This work is very diverse and so are the people that we meet.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
It is important to make sure that the notary that you are hiring is NNA certified and is a member of the National Notary Association or the American Association of Notaries. It is very easy to verify the credentials of a Notary.
