I really enjoy making time to really know my clientele and building lasting client/therapist relationships. I really enjoy watching the progression of my clients wellbeing and them being involved in their journey of self care.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process consists of having a genuine conversation with my clients. Though I also rely on intake forms for medical history, I like to know how my clients feel at the moment of service, whether physically or mentally as either can change from day to day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been License and working both independently and in Massage/ Spa establishments for 5yrs.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Being able to provide service to Chicago Marathon Participants. The best moment was as we were closing down a woman was coming from being the last one to finish. She could barely walk and was being assisted by family members... Her back had gone out. She was speaking about not running anymore as she was an older woman and her body was sending a clear message. we all agreed that 50 was a good number to retire with. Oh, and i was happy that i was able to bring her some relief for her back.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would like clients to keep an open mind and to know that massage is not a quick fix nor a luxury for the elite. It is however, a step in their journey of well being and that we (the therapist) are simply assisting them on that journey.
