Here to Relax, Energize, and Revive you holistically. Our goal is to make you feel relaxed yet relieved. We assist with mobility, rehabilitation, and pain relief using a combination of modalities and services. We take our time to assess the body and its needs; our massages are both thorough and effective.
All massage treatments come with ONE complimentary service. You have the choice of hot towel treatments, aromatherapy, percussion therapy with our theragun, or a hand and foot scrub.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask that you come about 10 mins earlier for paperwork. We do an intake to assess your needs, then proceed with the session.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our therapists and trainers are licensed professionals. Our therapists specialize in a range of modalities such as Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Percussive Therapy with our theragun, Prenatal, Assisted Stretching, Trigger Point Therapy, and Swedish Massage.

We are mobile but have an on-site location as well.
