About
I have ten (10) years experience as a sports massage therapist working with athletes from amateur to professional level increase their range of motion while promoting faster muscle recovery.
My deep tissue sessions focus on trigger spots therapies, Tui Na movements, and heavy pressure.
My Thia Yoga session are full body assisted stretch sessions. Perfect for those that haven't been stretched since high school sports. These session include shiatsu, and use of my massage gun ("The Thumper"). Thai Yoga sessions are typically 90 minutes.
I enjoy sharing my gift of touch with anyone who is pain, or in need of comfort. I also really enjoy the look on my client's faces after a session and having them walk away feeling like a million dollars.
I just love how massage brings people together.
