What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new client reaches out to us at Life Insight, our office manager Emily is the first point of contact. She will speak with you further to learn about you and your reason for seeking an appointment, and also gather info related to scheduling and insurance/payment. That's how we determine which of our therapists will be the best match for you, and then we schedule the first appointment! We are always available to answer questions about our practice and our services, and look forward to hearing from you!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our clinicians have achieved a master's degree or above, and are licensed in the state of Illinois.
