About
Congratulations on talking the first steps toward recovery. Talking to a stranger about your challenges may seem awkward, but with the right therapist it becomes easier. Our work together will be unique since no single approach to therapy is best. Whatever the problem may be, taking this first crucial step is the start to placing you on the path you want to be in. I have personally traveled down this path before and have done my own personal work and transformation. This is why I respectfully feel I am in a position to guide you.
I am experienced in several different approaches including Cognitive Behavioral, Psychodynamic, and existential treatment approaches to therapy. I also hold a Alcohol and Drug Certification and like to look at the historical roots to the problem with how it's manifesting today.
I am fluent in Spanish and have many years of competent multicultural experience. I have also provided family therapy and parent/child training for DCFS based clients. I have been involved in metaphysical studies like to take a holistic approach uniting mind, body and spirit.
I enjoy seeing my patients succeed and eventually thriving after facing their challenges and discovering the strength to overcome their concerns. I've had many successes and am a source of support for you.
