What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an initial 30-minute consultation to ensure, there is synergy between the services we offer and the needs of the client.
Whether the client chooses to work with us or not, we always leave each client with something they deem as valuable to help them in their journey for success. This could be an article, quote, lead, contact, template, recommendation, etc.
For those that we do work with, the next session is a 2-hr whiteboard brainstorming session with only the decision makers of the client's company (or the individual seeking services). It is from this session that the direction will become clear on how to achieve the goals and objectives the client is seeking.
Then, it's time to get to work! 💪🏼

How did you get started in this business?
As the Founder of Grew Consulting, I saw a need in the marketplace where entrepreneurs just needed an extra set of hands and direction. My personal skill-set, knowledge, education and corporate experience enabled me to assist and direct them towards success. As their success grew so did mine. Larger accounts came with positive experiences via word of mouth and my team began to grow!
