Our law firm was founded on the basis of a desire to help people with their legal problems, both in Illinois and around the world. Our founder, Dragan Ivetic, has been practicing as an attorney for over 20 years, and takes pays personal attention to every client as to their very important legal matters. Your legal matters are important to you, so they are important to us! We pride ourselves on our level of care and attention we provide to each client, to help them navigate tricky legal issues.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each client gets a free initial consultation (in-person or telephonic/virtual). Then we can tell them if we can provide them with legal services and what that would cost. There is no obligation, and we always provide a fair rate. Thereafter a client can communicate with us via telephone, email, or virtual meeting.

Matters are handled either on an hourly fee or flat fee basis, depending on the nature of the legal work required.
How did you get started in this business?
I started out practicing as a lawyer in 1999. Since then I have been sought and have traveled the world handling legal matters for clients in Illinois, across the US, Europe, Africa, and Australia.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with individuals, small businesses, and large corporations. Every client is important to us, regardless of their status.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I was honored to be elected by my peers as the president of the bar association serving lawyers licensed to appear before the United Nations IRMCT.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
If you have a question, ask it, there is no such thing as a silly question when discussing a legal matter. Our job is to provide you with information so that you clearly understand and can make an informed decision that is in your best interests.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
If you have any legal issues, it is best to speak with a lawyer. Even legal issues that seem "simple" can turn into legal headaches that are costly and detrimental to you. A lawyer will be best able to tell you what can or cannot be done, and that eliminates the doubts and second-guessing that people go through. Since we give free initial consultations, there really is not any reason to question whether you should talk to us about your legal matter.
