Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For any new potential client we do an intake to get as much information as we can about the facts of the case, the client's history and determining our best next steps to resolve the case for the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Being licensed in the state is the first step, but beyond that, it is having a singular focus on criminal defense. Our firm does not try to be a "jack of all trades" instead choosing to focus on what we are most passionate about and what we are best at - defending our client's rights.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
It comes down to a few factors, complexity of the matter and if the client is seeking trial or not. We do work on flat-fee pricing and offer payment plans and financing to make securing the attorney they want achievable.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Do your research, verify that they focus on the kind of case they have. We often anolgize the practice of law to medicine. While a firm or an attorney "can" be a general practitioner, we feel those attorneys who focus on specific type of law produce the best results. If a client goes to our website they will notice we focus exclusively on criminal law.
