The majority of my clients use their insurance benefits to cover session fees. I am currently an in-network provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, OPTUM/United Behavioral Health and Cigna.
If someone is paying out-of-pocket for counseling, the following standard fees apply: individual counseling-$150/session. However, I work on a sliding scale fee basis if people cannot afford the standard session fees.
