We use Campbell TM Interest and Skill Survey (CISS ®) to help students with insights on career choices along with tools helping students identify their personality strengths and development areas so they can be successful in navigating their career choices. Along with self-awareness surveys to help students utilize their talents along with coaching them how to navigate through the challenges they may face. We have assisted H.S. students through the anxiety and uncertainty of taking SAT and ACT tests along with helping them navigate their college decision. Kristie also consults with Fortune 500 corporate leaders, executives, entrepreneurs and business professionals empowering them with the tools, knowledge, skills and confidence to enhance their value and deliver improved operational, organizational and financial results.

Kristie is a single mom by choice of twins who began their college careers. Kristie's passion is working with students, corporate leaders, managers, and individual contributors - empowering them with the tools, knowledge, skills and confidence needed to enhance their value to the company and deliver improved operational, organizational and financial results. Her style is direct, challenging, supportive and insightful, and she coaches with both humor and heart. Kristie is certified as a professional co-active coach through the Coaches Training Institute and the International Coaches Federation. Kristie is a certified target selection trainer and is experienced in assisting students with interviewing skills.
