Hi I’m Charlene

I have over 20+ years of life coaching and alternative therapy experience in the areas of anxiety, depression, grief/loss counseling, spiritual counseling, mental illness, PTSD/Trauma coping skills, building coping skills, and building goals. I work with Individuals that range from young adults to seniors, veterans, couples, groups, and the LGBTQ population.

I have received her MSW from the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC), Jane Addams College of Social Work, Chicago, Illinois. I have both an LSW from Illinois and an LMSW from Arizona.
