What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process greatly depends on the type of case. But generally, I speak with a prospective client on the phone to make some sort of determination as to whether I may be able to help. If so, we schedule a meeting to discuss the situation and determine the next steps and costs / fee arrangement. Then we get to work!

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I attempt to provide a flat-fee for as much as possible for clients. However, there are some times where there are too many variables which prohibits a flat fee.
How did you get started in this business?
I started working on my own as an attorney pretty soon after I was licensed. I was also working for a legal publisher writing and editing books, but also representing professional athletes and other clients in my free time.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with individuals and business owners.
