Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start out with an in depth call, covering everything from goals and objectives, KPIs, and technology stack, giving us a clear picture on how we want to approach the engagement.
After this, several audits are conducted for analytics and the website, fixing anything broken along the way. This process lets us set expectations and measure success for SEO and Ads.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a background in web design and work full-time at an advertising agency, doing the same processes every day that we'll be working on throughout the engagement.
I've been running Ads (Google, FB, & Instagram) for 9 years and SEO for 5 years, either for myself, for others, or for clients.
I'm a Google Certified Partner, Google Analytics Certified, and Google Ads Certified.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Each engagement is different, depending on how long each individual deliverable/task takes. That being said, you can rest assured knowing you'll get pricing far less than an Advertising Agency.
How did you get started in this business?
Back in 2013, I launched an ecommerce business selling headphones. Through this process, I came to realize SEO and Ads is HARD and dedicated a lot of time and effort into learning all the details. 3 businesses and 50+ clients later, I'm here.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with every type of customer from small scale ecom sites, to local services, to billion dollar/year ecom sites, in virtually every vertical imaginable. There's very little in this industry I have not personally dealt with before.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Don't be fooled by any Ad Agency or freelancer asking for a percentage of Ad Spend. Under this type of engagement, the vendor is typically looking for you to pay out the most amount of money per month possible (so they can earn the most)
I'm focused only on you and your return on ad spend or return on investment. Profitability is key.
