What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The ideal process for me is Greet - Probe - Address. The GPA approach is not my concept. It was taught to me by a mentor.
The Greet process involves finding ways to connect on a personal level.
The Probe phase requires listening and learning about the client's pain points and struggles. Often times reading between the lines.
The Address phase is when we take in all the information and present ways to address those pain points.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
From the time I was in Middle School I began doing creative projects like a business, producing branded cassette tapes featuring popular songs and up and coming songs that I would give to friends.
As a young adult I played drums in a band. Marketing, networking, and branding were all part of our success, as was showing up and playing great music. Most importantly, connecting with fans. We did this for more than 5 years before I go into Internet Marketing.
Today I run a media, advertising, and technology company, and I work with clients on a selective basis to provide strategic consulting for their marketing and PR needs.
