What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is having a conversation. I like to understand my clients' pain-points and then discuss a plan, collaboritively, on how to overcome those points. Marketing is a tool and consists of many solutions for success. It all starts with a conversation and we go from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owners at Affili8 Digital graduated with a concentration in marketing and deisgn from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and Colombia College in Chicago Illinois. We also have 9+ years of experience in the industry.
How did you get started in this business?
We dove in head first! It's all about taking that first step and trusted your own abilities.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Find a partner that you feel comfortable asking a lot of questions to. The best marketing results come from collaboration between the client and the creative. My best advise is to work with someone you can talk to/trust.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Focus on understanding the pain-point you are currently feeling in your business rather then the marketing tactic/solution to solve that pain-point. It's best for your agency partner to fully understand the problem so they can craft the most effective solutions which fit your budget.
