What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All of our services can be completed online or over the phone, but I prefer a more personal touch. I like to set up a face-to-face meeting with new clients to get a solid understanding of their situation before solving any accounting needs.
Many times clients ask for specific services, but if there is a less expensive solution to solve their problem I will always suggest it. This has saved my clients thousands of dollars.
One of my clients owed the IRS over $70,000. Once I became familiar with her situation, I suggested that she amend her 1040 tax return. She ended up receiving a refund of over $20,000.00 and no longer owed any money to the IRS.
