What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- Schedule a Virtual or Mobile appointment. We will send you an email confirming the appointment along with a tax checklist in order for us to prepare your return more efficiently. Please review this checklist and use it as a guideline to help organize your tax information.
- Clients will be granted access to our client portal where you are able to review our Welcome Letter, Consent Forms and read information regarding our bank product options, sign the necessary forms, upload their tax documents for preparations, and receive notifications that the return is complete.
- The meeting will be held over the phone or in person. Before the meeting, you will have had the opportunity to have scanned or take a picture with your smart phone and upload your tax document through our secure and encrypted client portal or via fax, whichever method is most convenient.
- We will review your documents and answer your questions and provide a price quote.
- Once payment is made (via PayPal, Quickpay, Zelle or cash), your return is sent to you to review and approve.
- E-file authorization forms will be emailed to you to sign, and then email or fax back. We will request proof of identity (Picture ID and Social Security Cards) for all persons listed on the return. If a paper filing is necessary, the final return will be emailed to you with instructions for printing, signing & mailing.
- A final copy of your taxes will be emailed or mailed to you for your records.

I have worked with many differnet clients from different tax situations. Our main Clientele consists of those in the Gig Economy. I have worked with mant different clients from different tax situations. Our main Clientele are those of the Creative or better well none for the Gig Economy. The gig economy—also called sharing economy or access economy—is an activity where people earn income providing on-demand work, services or goods. Often, it’s through a digital platform like an app or website . Any income derived from gig economy activities are taxable. Income paid in any form (including virtual currencies) are taxable.
