As the oldest integrative medicine practice in the Chicago area,we offer physician-driven integrative medical services--with everything under one roof. Our Medical Doctors are supported by a team of integrative providers, bodyworkers, and behavior therapists. We have laboratory services, a natural apothecary in house and online. Our clinicians collaborate as a team, to bring our patients to a higher level of health. Patients participate in their treatment, whether for pain, gut issues, thyroid disturbances, anxiety. Our light filled building is in Riverwoods, at the junction of Lake Cook Road, the Tri State Tollway, and the 94 spur.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon a call to the center, a new patient gets a patient advocate to communicate on services, financial/insurance issues, etc. Based on patient need and interest, the advocate matches them with one of our providers, and follows up during the treatment plan. This connection allows for individualized treatment and individualized communication.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our clinicians are educated and/or licensed as Medical Doctors, including Internal Medicine, Functional Medicine, Osteopathy, and Holistic Psychiatry..... Chiropractors, Naturopaths, Acupuncturists, Naprapaths, Behavior Therapists, Health Psychologists and Homeopaths.
Jerry Gore, MD, founder of the Center has 30 years experience in Integrative Medicine, and our team is equally trained in each of their chosen fields.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Many of our clinicians are in-network for healthplans. Some services are not covered and patient pay for the services. Our Patient Advocates can help with both insurance and self pay services.
