What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In general, there will be a meeting at the client's office, then we do screen sharing conferences to do actual work :)

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a CPA and I was CFO for 15+ years.
Also, I have an MBA and Master's Degree in Strategic Management from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. And I hold a Master of Engineering from a Romanian university.
I had both PMP and PMI-ACT project management certifications.
And, I am a Ph.D. dropout. I started a Ph.D. program at Aston University (United Kingdom) and I stopped after two years: my research thesis was crap. At the end of the two years I get a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Reseach and Consultancy. (That is a long title).
