What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process for new clients is easy and seamless!
First Step: Download our mobile app, upload your tax documents, (including your last tax return)and enter your personal information.
Next Step: We prepare your return, send it back to you to review and sign through our app.
Last Step: We review your return again before sending it off to the IRS and getting you every penny you deserve.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All preparers have taken and passed an online tax school training complete with certifications. Continuing education credits through the IRS are made available to all preparers as well.
