What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a "Discovery Call". Listen to your needs and then ask to see the books so we can help determine the problem. We look for solutions and offer the best results.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified in QuickBooks Online and have an ongoing education in Accounting and bookkeeping.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our monthly prices start at $550. We do set fees vs hourly because it is easier for cash flow reasons.
How did you get started in this business?
I started bookkeeping back in 1999, I had begun in a manufacturing company, from there I went into the construction field which really made me decide that it was the field that I would like to specialize in.
What types of customers have you worked with?
When we first started we had different types of clients. Dental, landscaping, electric contractors, roofing, therapists.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look for a person that is specialized in your field, many know bookkeeping & accounting but not everyone knows the type of work you do.
