What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For a new client I tend to listen carefully to the client wants and needs then I make several suggestions on what will work for their company based on their budget
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bsc degree in accounting and a master degree in business administration with over 20 years of accounting experience.

How did you get started in this business?
I started working for my uncle as a clerk and I saw that I love working with numbers and relieveing people from stress that comes with running a business

I have work with small to medium companies such as dry cleaners,used auto car dealers, caterers, transportation, restuarants, churches and so forth
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Organization: A good accountant should take this burden of managing the books off of you. Nobody has enough hours in the day anymore, so why spread yourself too thin doing work that someone else can do for you more efficiently and effectively? Accountants thrive on this activity, and they can organize and execute your monthly ativities in less time than you ever could, allowing you to focus on other responsibilities.
Knowledge/Experience: An accountant get access and exposure to the latest accounting trends, newest tax news, budget-saving secrets and details that you may not be aware of! Take advantage of it!
Communication: Share your ideas and your vision openly with your team. Communicate on a level that is respectful to everyone. Do not talk down to anyone, regardless of their role. Everyone has their part and it ultimately leads to your success, make sure you communicate clearly and respectfully. Accept criticism and be open to new ideas.
Troubleshooting: There is bound to be an unforeseen hiccup here or there. You don't want your clients aware of this and you don't want to be running around trying to figure it out. An experienced accountant will be there to help smooth those little bumps, no matter and your accountant can secure the resources necessary to resolve an issue seamlessly and keep your business on track.

Customers need to think about what they want from the accounting firm, such as payroll, bookkeeping, monthly financial reporting and so forth while working within their budget
