What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We communicate with the customer either in person on a call to get as much information as possible about their situation to determine their needs. We then try to obtain information, if necessary, to help us determine the fee estimate. We then provide an engagement letter which details the scope of the services to be provided and the related responsibilities of the client and of our firm.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
All fees are based upon the complexity of the work to be performed. In most situations we will provide a "fixed" fee.
How did you get started in this business?
My partners and I all became accountants by the time we were 18 and majored in the field in college.

We work with privately-held businesses, nonprofit organizations, government agencies, employee benefit plans, and individuals in a variety of industries including, health care, retail, professional services, real estate, transportation and food service.
