I have been in the field of mental health and substance abuse since 1999. I utilize holistic approach to provide a wide array of client focused therapeutic techniques to assist individuals of all ages, race, and gender with a variety of needs. I provide individual, group, couples, and family therapy for mental health, addictions, anger management, depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, and reintegration for veteran's and criminal justice individuals,
I enjoy the knowledge, skills, and experiences that I continue to learn to assist individuals in utilize solution focused/problem solving techniques to meet their needs. I love working with people and I am very grateful for the trust that individuals have in allowing me the opportunity to learn about their stressors, conflicts, or concerns in life so that we as a partnership can explore alternatives solutions to best meet the client's need. I love people and love what I do.

I am a licensend mental health clinical counselor (LCPC). I am also a certified alcohol and drug counselor (CADC) and a certified cooccuring disorder professional (COPD) who specialize in dual diagnosis disorders.
