What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically do not charge for an initial interview where we determine what services a client would need or wants. We would also discuss fees, which are dependent on what services will be provided.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Finance and have earned the following designations -
CFP, EA, CLU, ChFC. and CRPC
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with a large variety of clientele. Taxation has become incredibly difficult to understand and recent changes have made this even more problematic. Planning is even more involved and can become overwhelming whether you are 20 or 70, struggling or affluent.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would focus on someone you would find easy to work with who LISTENS to your concerns and has the experience, education and background to meet your needs.
