What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally I like to meet with a client in person, but also do zoom conferences. From that point we discuss prior years taxes and if anything has changed that we should know about. Finally discuss any concerns and plan for the current year.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an enrolled agent with the Internal Revenuw Service. I attended Lewis Unicersity in Romeoville which I graduated with a Bachelors and Master in Accounting.
