Located in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago, our firm offers a wide range of professional services including tax preparation and representation for small businesses and individuals, credit repair services, and legal services to attorneys and government agencies.  We have been serving clients across the United States since we were founded in 2011.

I enjoy working with people who have different backgrounds, and meeting new people on the job. Most importantly, I enjoy helping others accomplish their goals and relieve them from the stress and burdens they are facing.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First, we introduce ourselves and explain what services we offer. We let the client know their options regarding what we would be able to do. If the client is a good fit, we prepare an agreement and get started right away!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of our staff is educated. Most carry a Bachelors degree, and are all licensed and registered tax preparers, board certified credit counselors, and some have Doctoral degrees in law.

The owner is a Registered Paralegal, licensed notary public and has doctorate degree in law.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

Our prices vary, usually they are flat fee retainers, or $200.00 per hour.

How did you get started in this business?

The business was started by a family member, and has continued to grow ever since. We watched our siblings start their own business, and was encouraged to start our own.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with a wide range of customers from Doctors, Lawyers, Sole Proprietors, truck drivers, business owners, consultants, police, military, government, restaurant owners, consumers, factory workers, etc.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

Recently, we successfully defended a husband and wife from a Federal tax audit with the Internal Revenue Service, and the clients never had to show up to the audit, speak with the IRS, or pay a dime more. We were successful.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Most importantly, I would ask to see their credentials, make sure they are a member of some professional association, look at their google reviews, and make an educated opinion before hiring.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
