Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer comes to me, I have them fill out an intake form and will ask them questions and they ask me. Explain how the session will go and what they may experience.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have certification on all levels of Reiki and I continue to learn about other modalities and other things to use in healing sessions like using crystals, essential oils, sound healing, etc.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I started with what the going rate is in the area and have increased my prices accordingly over the years.
How did you get started in this business?
I learned Reiki and Reflexology to help my family and friends. Word of mouth and people started contacting me for sessions. God has chosen this path for me and I followed and started my business in 2012.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have mostly female clients that come to me for relief of foot pain, anxiety, depression, and sciatica.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A 16-year-old teenager has been coming for Reiki sessions for knee issues. After 6 months of Reiki and physical therapy, there was no need to do surgery and now can play the sports he enjoys. He still comes for Reiki sessions, being proactive.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look for a practitioner that is qualified, compassionate, listens and is going to educate to help you to be proactive in your own care.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Doing natural and holistic therapy takes time and is usually not a quick fix. Ask yourself are you willing to put in the time and care you need to do to find relief.
