We offer affordable therapy sessions for individuals and couples and have extended evening and weekend options. Our job is to help you meet your goals! We utilize Multiple modalities including CBT and mindfulness to help you stop repeating the negative cycles that are keeping you stuck. When we are aware of our cognitive patterns... we can improve our communication and our personal/professional relationships.
We love seeing the growth of our clients! Initially, clients come in and are understandably nervous. Immediately, we make them understand that our job is to create a comfortable, safe space to learn and grow. Our passion is to give our clients the tools needed to live fulfilling lives.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer same day appointments, as needed. We are available for evening and weekend appointments. We work with individuals on enhancing communication skills, letting go of past pain and baggage, identifying negative cycles and patterns, processing grief, etc.
For couples, We are Gottman trained and believe in working with the couple to focus on:
1.Remember why they fell in love
2.What obstacles exist that keep them from those initial feelings they once had for one another.
Typically, communication is the culprit and that can branch off into issues with resentment, intimacy, trust, finances, etc. We focus on resolving those issues using a mix of activities and dialogue.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our therapists all have graduate degrees in counseling and several even have Doctoral level degrees in Counseling. We are licensed in the state of Georgia (LAPC). We also have mutiple certifications in CBT, Ethics, Telehealth and have completed training with the Gottman Institute which focuses on Couples Counseling.

Yes, $87 for indivdual sessions and $97 for couples.
